A 6 week course for women who would like to explore how horse wisdom can enhance and deepen their understanding of self, assist in healing emotional trauma and expand their capacity to wield more of their authentic personal power.

WHAT
6 x 2 hr sessions
Week 1 – The herd; the family; the community; group dynamics; individuality; hierarchy; pecking order; conformity; rebellion; influence;
Week 2 – Trust; trusting self; trusting others; what does trust mean to you; fear of trust; trustworthiness; trust as a building block; learning to trust
Week 3 – Mindfulness; being present; reflection; self-inquiry; connection to self; self-awareness; the power of now; self-talk
Week 4 – Boundaries; self-respect; respect for others; claiming space; accountability; getting needs met; asserting self
Week 5 – Communication; relationships; speaking up; asking; listening; questioning; using intuition; body language, personal energy; personal space
Week 6 – Self acceptance; comparison; being in your own skin; holding your own hand; patience with self; kindness to self; resilience

Your Facilitators
Joanne Ragg is an equine specialist with a long professional history of working with horses and is passionate about and certified in Equine Assisted Learning and Therapy. Her healing herd has been helping people for ten years.
Dawn Marron is a certified counsellor (UK), eating disorder recovery professional and trained in Equine Assisted Learning and Therapy. She’s passionate about working with women to facilitate positive mental, emotional and physical health.
